LFGDOWN and its business affiliates are committed to total customer satisfaction regarding its products. If you received any comforter product damaged in shipping or otherwise not meeting your expectations you may return it for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product has not been used in any manner. The refund is applicable to the product's price only and not to the shipping charges. The customer's credit card account will be credited with 100% of the product's purchase price within 10 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Shipping and Returns/Credits
All product orders are shipped from Supercomfort.com located in Kirkland, Washington. Therefore, all returned products must be sent back to Supercomfort in order to process a refund or replacement. However, your account will be credited to the credit card you used for the purchase by Goosedowncomforterproducts.com if this is where it was originally ordered from, for the full amount of your purchase, less the shipping charges. In order to return any product a Return Material Allowance (RMA) must first be obtained from Supercomfort.com, LFGDOWN's exclusive United States distributor. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the box when returing any product.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed on custom orders or on-sale items.
Warranty
LGFDOWN provides a 15-year prorated warranty on its comforter down products. Any product returned during this 15-year period must follow the RMA procedure outlined in the Customer Satisfaction section above. A pro-rata replacement purchase credit will be allowed on returned products.
